01Who can claim this offer?
New members joining Tough Tribes for the first time, between 1 and 15 November 2026.
02Can I pause my pack?
12-month packs can be paused for up to 30 days. Other packs cannot be paused.
03Can I get a refund?
Packs are non-refundable once started. Try a free session first if you are unsure.
04Can I combine this with other offers?
No. One offer per member.
05Is the offer valid at both branches?
Yes, at Ponmeni and Kadachanendhal. Your pack is for the branch you join.
